This application allows authors to submit potential papers for oral presentation (Maximum 5,000 words) or presentation at a poster session (5 pages) during the upcoming IES 2011 Annual Conference being held this October 30 to November 1 in Austin, Texas.
The deadline for submitting a completed paper for consideration is MAY 27, 2011

Overview
The IES Annual Conference is a comprehensive educational forum for lighting professionals.
This year, we are particularly seeking papers which will influence the application of lighting in the built environment (interior and exterior.) The conference program includes sessions on the following topics: Technology, Daylighting and Sustainability, Health and Human Factors, Design Application and Exterior Lighting.
The Society will hold its annual meeting, present Society awards and host the prestigious Illumination Awards showcasing lighting design projects from around the world. The IES Progress Report and a tabletop exhibit will give attendees the opportunity to learn about the latest products and services available to the lighting industry.
