This application allows authors to submit potential papers for presentation orally or at a poster session during the upcoming IESNA 2008 Annual Conference (Day & Night: An Exploration of Light – Moving Ideas Into Action). The deadline for submitting abstracts is March 1, 2008. Final drafts must be submitted by April 1, 2008.
The IESNA Annual Conference is a comprehensive educational forum for lighting professionals. The conference program includes general sessions on Daylighting, Health, Lighting Legislation, Interior Lighting and Controls, and High Performance Building Design. Research papers will be presented in session and poster format on topics including new technology sources, lighting and health and lighting for interiors. The Society will hold its annual meeting, presents Society awards and host the prestigious IIDA awards, showcasing lighting design projects from around the world. The IESNA Progress Report and a tabletop exhibit will give attendees the opportunity to learn about the latest products and services available to lighting industry. The conference is the perfect forum to learn, network and develop professionally.
